Interpreter Service
Interpreters are available for more than 30 languages. If possible, please indicated whether interpretation service will be required at the time an appointment is made.
Services for the Deaf & Hearing Impaired
We offer deaf and hearing-impaired patients eye care delivered by staff professionals fluent in American Sign Language. These specialists can be reached by TDD (Telephone Device for the Deaf) 1-800-833-3232.
House Calls
We will gladly make house calls when requested. Such requests should be made directly to one of our staff ophthalmologists, who will make the appropriate arrangements.
Transportation Assistance
Patients in need of directions or advice regarding transportation should call our scheduling office at 617-636-4600 and ask to speak to a transportation counselor. Directions for all our office locations are also available on line.
